One round, ten questions, one try each. Scores are kept for this visit only — the trainer saves practice progress instead.
Ten questions. One score.
See a pattern or hear it, choose the right character, and get your score at the end. No account needed.
How scoring works.
Every round draws ten different characters from your chosen set, each with three plausible distractors. One answer per question — a wrong pick shows the correct pattern before you move on, and the results screen lists everything you missed.
Scores live in this visit only. Want progress that persists? The trainer saves completed rounds and weak characters in your browser.
Quiz or trainer?
A quiz is a fixed, scored check — good before and after a study session. The trainer is the study session: open-ended practice, replay as often as you like, speed you control.
Learning from zero? The learn Morse code plan schedules both: trainer during the week, quiz as the checkpoint.
Reading the marks, honestly.
“See the code” questions show exact ITU patterns — the same ones on the chart and the alphabet page. Confusable pairs such as V (...-) and 4 (....-), or S (...) and H (....), are exactly what the distractors draw from.
“Listen” questions play the character at a comfortable speed with the same engine the trainer uses. Replay is unlimited; the score counts only your checked answer.
